Roma Dhasmana, National Chair
University of Aberdeen
Ro is a fourth-year Linguistics undergrad at the University of Aberdeen. Their research interests primarily centre around linguistic construction of marginalised identities; particularly disability and transness; and its implications within fanfiction, feminism, and sociophonetics. When they’re not vibrating at the speed of light about linguistics, they can usually be found cross-stitching, embroidering, occasionally knitting, playing piano, and listening to spooky podcasts. Their goals for this year include finally getting started on their neverending list of linguistic projects, and trying to read the 90+ academic articles they’ve bookmarked… -
Cassie Papp, National Vice Chair

Diya Goel, National Secretary
University of Edinburgh
Diya (she/her) is a second-year Linguistics and English Language undergrad at the University of Edinburgh. Diya also loves naming inanimate objects and is on a personal mission to find the best brownie in Edinburgh. -

She loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises and can usually be found thinking about or discussing anything that is typically labelled as ‘deep’. -
Eden Elia Müller, Archivist
University of Edinburgh
